Write something that does not fit the reality on the curriculum vitae (CV) is not allowed. For example, your claim manager, when you are just a regular staff. But there are certain situations where you need a little lie (say white lies), or stating something bad or less with a better way, or do not mention your weaknesses because it is not required. You could do this to make yourself a better candidate. There are several ways that can be accepted if you have any problems like this.

1. When you’ve exceeded the age limit required
It is indeed illegal, but many companies that are discriminatory against candidates who are considered too old. If you mention your graduation year, they are certainly easier to estimate how old you are today. Them easier to guess your age when they meet with you later. However, with increasing age, maturity you also increase. So, you can amaze the interviewer with your ability to expose.

2. When the talent or your ideals are not beneficial to the job you are applying
Maybe you’ve won the race in high school cheerleader. Or you have a side job singing in a cafe, after your morning doing administrative tasks in a small company. Your prospective employer may not be concerned with all these achievements. A CV will require work experience is more impressive than personal achievements that are important to you. It’s probably going to differentiate you from other candidates, but the qualifications and professional skills you who will make you impress the prospective boss. 3. When you think you can learn the skills needed before you start your new job

6. If you’re not sure how to say that you’ve just got laid off
You do not have to mention on your resume why you left your previous job. Use your CV as a stepping stone to get a chance interview. It would be easier if you explain it directly during the interview (when asked), rather than mention that you got fired, resigned, or because of downsizing at the company’s CV. It will make recruiters more selective against you. Still, when was the last mention you work at a company that long, and what you learned as still working.

7. If your CV is too long
You do not need to mention all the things you do for 15 years you worked, if your resume has reached three pages. Above all, you do not need to discuss your activities or accomplishments in high school, or your experience working part time as administrative staff at a mini market. Just tell me your experiences in the past 10 years, which certainly have more to do with your ability today.
