7 White Lies that Can Included in CV

Write something that does not fit the reality on the curriculum vitae (CV) is not allowed. For example, your claim manager, when you are just a regular staff. Or, you said that you graduated from a leading university, when you are only limited finishing thesis at another company that is not so bona fide.

But there are certain situations where you need a little lie (say white lies), or stating something bad or less with a better way, or do not mention your weaknesses because it is not required. You could do this to make yourself a better candidate. There are several ways that can be accepted if you have any problems like this.

1. When you’ve exceeded the age limit required
It is indeed illegal, but many companies that are discriminatory against candidates who are considered too old. If you mention your graduation year, they are certainly easier to estimate how old you are today. Them easier to guess your age when they meet with you later. However, with increasing age, maturity you also increase. So, you can amaze the interviewer with your ability to expose.

2. When the talent or your ideals are not beneficial to the job you are applying
